As TüliNail Beauty Club, we act as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 («KVKK») and take the security of your personal data seriously.
Data we process
When you submit a booking request we receive your name, phone number, the treatment you are interested in, your preferred date and time, and any notes you add. Technical data such as IP address and browser information may be recorded when you visit the website.
Purposes
Your data is processed to respond to booking requests, plan and deliver the service, communicate with you and meet legal obligations.
Transfers
Booking requests are delivered over WhatsApp according to your contact preference; in that case processing is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. Your data is not shared with third parties except where legally required.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your personal data is being processed, request information about it, and request its correction or deletion. Please send your requests by phone or WhatsApp using the numbers on our contact page.
